Office Manager (Part-time, 50%, Fixed-term 12 months)
Make a real impact by shaping our office culture, driving events, and creating a workplace where people feel welcome and inspired.
Auctionet is a marketplace where auction houses from Sweden, Great Britain, Finland, Spain, Germany, and Denmark sell furniture, art, design objects, collectibles, and much more. We are now looking for an Office Manager for a 50% part-time role (fixed-term 12 months) who wants to be part of our team and contribute to creating an office environment that inspires and supports our entire team.
About the Role
We offer an opportunity to take responsibility for the daily operations and atmosphere of our headquarters in Stockholm. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our team and contribute to shaping a welcoming, well-functioning, and inspiring office environment that reflects Auctionet’s culture and values.
This is a part-time position, fixed-term running from December 2025 until January 2027, with a workload of 50%.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a positive and inspiring office atmosphere with thoughtful details that make a difference in daily life.
- Ensuring smooth office operations and a safe, well-functioning work environment.
- Managing office administration such as keys, alarm codes, conference rooms, and office supplies.
- Coordinating with cleaning staff and overseeing office purchases.
- Planning and executing cultural and social events such as after-works, lunches, dinners, and kick-offs.
- Every day, you’ll ensure that both colleagues and guests feel seen and welcomed, embodying the spirit of Auctionet from the moment they step into the office.
This is an on-site role based at our Stockholm headquarters, with working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00, including a lunch break.
About the Team
You will be part of the People team, reporting to our Chief People Officer and working closely with our HR Generalist. As a small but dedicated team of three, we are passionate about shaping an outstanding employee experience and making Auctionet the best employer in the world.
Given the value and visibility of this role, you will also collaborate closely with all of our ~50 colleagues based at our Stockholm headquarters.
Auctionet has around 170 employees and is the parent company of a wider group with approximately 400 colleagues across multiple countries. Our main office is near Stureplan in central Stockholm, with logistics centers in Malmö, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Westbury, and Köln.
About You
You’re someone who is service-minded, organized, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and inspiring workplace. You enjoy taking responsibility, are detail-oriented, and have a natural ability to make others feel included and supported. You bring both structure and creativity to your work, and you thrive when you can add those small but meaningful touches that brighten colleagues’ everyday office life.
To succeed in this role, we think you have:
- A proactive and service-oriented mindset.
- Good project management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Bonus but not mandatory:
- Previous experience in event planning or project management.
- An interest in art, antiques, and design.

Our recruitment process is simple and transparent – no surprises along the way.
We’ll begin with a short introductory phone call to get to know each other and see if we might be a good match.

In the end, our goal is that the process helps both you and us feel confident that this is the perfect fit!
